A $20 minimum order is required, along with a $5 sitting fee per athlete.

The Form Process:
Indicate the quantity of each item you would like to order, calculate the total amount paid, and confirm that the $5 sitting fee has been included.
Amber will send home a QR code with every athlete for extra orders if needed for Grandma!

Bring your athlete Game Day ready! Amber will take each athletes individual photo! THATS IT!
NO HASSLE OF A TEAM PHOTO!! Amber puts the individual photos together using photoshop to make the team photo!
Fill out your prepaid form, take the individual picture and you're on your way! Easy Peasy!
